With the commercial space development concept (Gewerbeflächenentwicklungskonzept, GEK), JenaWirtschaft, together with the Department of Urban Development and Environment, is creating the strategic basis for sustainable space development in the City of Light. The aim is to cover the growing demand for commercial and industrial space with foresight and thus support Jena’s economic dynamism in the long term.
