i-work: Intercultural Business Award

Since 2017, i-work has honoured companies that are committed to cosmopolitanism in the Jena region and integrate their international employees into the team in an exemplary manner.

In 2025, we took a creative break to further develop the concept of the i-work Business Award and – with a view to current economic and social transformations – to further strengthen its impact for companies, skilled workers and Jena as a business location. We want to think the award into the future and show even more clearly how good intercultural practice is practised and what added value companies gain from it.
